Karen's Sweet and Sour Meatballs 

Try this on in your crock pot! Here's our favorite meatball recipe for entertaining or for a potluck.  So easy and tasty. It makes the kitchen smell good, too! The deep red color is lovely and warrants serving in a pretty dish. Serve as an appetizer or try serving over rice as a main dish for potluck. You might want to double this recipe on Football Sunday.

Meatballs
1 Pound lean ground Beef
Garlic clove, chopped
1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
1/4 Cup Milk
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Worcestershire
1 egg

Sauce 
1 Can jellied cranberry sauce
1 Jar chili sauce
1 1/2 cup or can water 

Optional: browned onion, celery or pepper bites, especially if served as an entree.  Need it spicier? Add Sriracha sauce or your other favorite hot sauce.

Mix together meatball recipe into 1 inch balls, brown in a hot skillet.  

Place meatballs and other ingredients into a crockpot or other pan and slowly boil until the meat tests 160 degrees. 

Serve with toothpicks as an appetizer. It can also be an entrée served over rice. Add the meatballs to the warmed sauce,
